CEO, Founder, and President

Sabari Somanathan

Sabari is a Bay Area entrepreneur, educator, physics graduate, and graduate student whose work spans education, business development, technical communication, and community engagement. He earned his bachelor’s degree in physics from UC Santa Barbara and is pursuing graduate study in physics at San José State University.

His approach is grounded in systems thinking: define the objective, organize the moving parts, communicate clearly, and execute with measurable intent.

Operating ethos

“To build well is to build beyond oneself.”

XVAITA’s standard is not scale for its own sake. It is the disciplined creation of programs that people can understand, evaluate, and use—followed by measured growth when the underlying relationship is strong enough to support it.

Institutional clarity

Credibility before spectacle.

XVAITA distinguishes operating facts from plans. Employer names, venues, dates, attendance, pricing, benefits, and expansion milestones are presented as confirmed only after the relevant commitments are documented.
